The Famous Five
There was a five group of women that fought for the rights for women to be able to vote, join politics, and most of all, to be know as persons in the law of Canada besides the men. These women were the Famous Five.
These women went on the act of amending Canada's law for women to be able to join Parliament, to become the part of the House of Commons. Not only did they fight for women to enter into politics, they fought for a sufferage, a right for women to be able to vote in elections. Because of these women, the generation of Canadian had changed their way of thinking, lived, and believed about women.
